Albanians went through so much during the war in the Balkans, its a shame what happened to them, thank god for the U.S.

Hey! Im an albanian from Skopje, I live in Norway now, but I visit my home country every year. I am really glad that the city has been so much better from the first time I was there, in 1992, and now it is so much better. Last time I was there was i 2006 in the summer. I liked it so much when I’m there because my whole family is there. Yeah yeah enough of my history. What I mean is I want to thank the albanians and the macedonians for a great country, and I hope they get a long in future too, because war dosn’t change nothing And I agree that the albanian people has suffer so much, but we have to move on, so the others don’t suffer as much as our population did in the 90’s. Keep it up! So thanks

Bob, don’t go to Macedonia…You will probably get shot or robbed the moment you land there. It’s a poor country and nothing to do, life is very boring and I’m sure your kids will die of boredom.

Hi bob, you should move there , its a great country. I have lived in tetovo for together 5 monthts I love it . sure its not a rich country but you live so good there , people are so kind both albanians and macedonians , they are so welcoming . There was no problem for me as a girl walking around alone , they are very respectful and just very desent and loving people. the only reason I moved back is that it is hard getting a job there specially if you only speak english. I do speak okey albanian now but in macedonian i can only say one word. you should go , it is not boring. Its very peaceful and I miss it so much. I feel much safer there than london

Hello All..Next summer we want to go Macedonia and we want to travel in Skopje,Prilep,Bitola,Ohrid,Struga we will stay in 2 days every city..can we find busses city to another city?..and what can be our problems while we are traveling..

You cannot speak about a country without knowing it’s reall situation, and judging by your comments you don’t know the reall situation. Albaninan muslims are not miserble, they have more rights that Macedoninans have!

Marija you must be uneducated , only a person with no morels, respect or an education will right such a comment. It’s the people like you that make this world what it is today. How about this for a sugestion ? why not try and work together to make Macedonai a world recognised country ?? a place were all that live ther are one , working toghter for a better futer for all ?? but i guess this will be to much of a effort. I live in a multicultrual country if everyone here decied to have more rights than the people that actually invited us into there country gave a us a better life and so on , the outcome will be catastrophic. If infact if u do live in macedonia i hope the country only offers you what you deserve ( very little), to the albanians you live in macedonia , respect macedoni and the macedonian peole and live with a open mind to work toghter for a greater macedonia i whish you the very best in all futer endevours. To Arkan , Pece , Perpa all 3 off you achieved nothing only a breif moment of feeling GREAT. All that shows is you to are uneducated. To Perpa PLEASE TRY. I hope one day in 10 , 20 or 30 years all who have writen in this forum can sit back and be proud to say ‘ we live, holiday , come from the most beutifull country in the balkans MACEDONIA.

I’m from the Netherlands and I don’t accept the behaviour of my country. I researched the situation on the Balkans. I only want to say to the Macedonian people to hold on, hopefully one day all the Albanians will disappear. I just can’t understand that whole western europe is following stupid US and recognising kosovo. America has their interess in the situation of creating a muslim country so they have an excuse to invade Iran and other muslim countries. Allso they want a oilway trough kosovo and a militairy base to be closer to Russia. It is simply unnaceptable what happens there. The Albanians are common in having 6 a 8 kids per household so it multiplies very fast. Meanwhile they bought all the companies on the kosovo ground and now they just claim it. Anywhere else in the world, this wouldnt be tolerated. After I see how the Albanians come away with such deeds they do I can say I’m 110% anti Albanian. SO MACEDONIA, KEEP HOPE AND DONT LET ‘BIG ALBANIA’ BECOME A REALITY! Dont let them steal land from you like they did from Serbia. If Tito was alive i bet they wouldt dare to say kosovo is independent!

I’m a Macedonian girl and I live in Switzerland now.. I go to Macedonia every year and I’m healty.. Macedonia is a very good country, with nice people and in Macedonia, it’s a liberty.. You can visit a lot of historic monuments and a lot of churches.. There are a big minority of Albanian but it can’t change today.. so respect it. Finally Macedonia is a Macedonian country with a strong minority of Albanian and Turkish people.. don’t worry about that, there are nice too! Macedonia is a cultural country too.. so finally I say you good and true things about Macedonia..

Hi People, I live in the western Europe but I´m proud to say that I am an Tetova-Albanian. I have macedonian neighbours down there, and the most of them are nice people.
What this country and its citizens needs is to face the fact that it can only exist like a multicultural Country with the same human rights for all! Otherwise it´s gonna split!

Tetovo is a Macedonian city fellas…that’s why the dwibs from Kosovo tried to seize it in 2001,but they got several bullets in each body (the preaks even wawed with white flags in Arachinovo)

Get real,Macedonians can’t live together with the freaks from kosovo,there will be a war I guess,but it’s not going to be the same as the one 7 years ago…this time every single Macedonian will have the desire to kill some kosovarian shits and finally clean Tetovo,the beautiful Macedonian which the shiptars want to ruin with their households…
