    this is fake!!! surprisingly i got the same offer. they couldn’t even make their company’s name a proper noun haha! dont get fooled by those idiots. beware also for similar offers for UNIVERSITY TEACHING HOSPITAL in Dakar, Senegal. it is also a FRAUD with same method. they couldn’t also give the hospital its proper name.

  14. I also have a similar job offer from University Teaching Hospital,Dakar. There is a teaching hospital by that name and u can google search it by typing in the name. The contract forwarded by them also has the address of their website, u can check it out- http://www.uth-dakar.we.bs. The address mentioned in the contract is also a valid local postal address.
    However all this means nothing, one could perpeuate fraud even from valid addresses/ or conversely it could be genuine.

    However the telling factor is the employment offer was made on basis of CV and there was no interview.
    Would someone confirm that Lt.Col.George Dukas is the director of human resources there?

There is a university teaching hospital there but under the specific name of DAKAR UNIVERSITY TEACHING HOSPITAL.The homepage they were trying to show us were even more fraudulent. I myself can make that kind of fake homepage. That all guy…BEWARE!

I have appoint letter & agreement with seal of ‘Original’ and instructed me to send Euro 850.00 for work permit fees & other expenses and That is in the name of person and not in the name of any organization.Why the remittance has been asked in the name of an individual and why not in the name of an organization i.e. Hospital name, Dakar Tourism Group etc. I condlude… this is totally a fraud. Senegal Govt.should take notice of this.

    My husband and I are from South Africa and my husband also got an offer from this University Teaching Hospital in Dakar with a very high salary and loads of benefits. Luckily we also started investigating, because friends of ours almost fell into the same trap with a hospital in Spain. They managed to contact the Hospital in Spain and they have reported the culprits to Interpol. I think we should do the same with these people. We contacted the Senegal embassy here in South Africa and they told us its a scam. I’m going to try to hand these people over to Interpol as well. 850 Euros is alot of money here in SA almost a full months salary and we would have had to make a loan just to get the money. So if anyone has a contact at Interpol, let us know and we can nail these guys.

It seems mr jibril is involved in a lot of Scams.DAKAR OIL AND GAS CORPORATION may well be a proper company but the offer for $17500 amonth is from a third party and is most definately a Scam.Thea also tried it on me and it had me going for a little while.Lt Col George Dukas is also on the contract they sent to me so i would say never send money to any company to get a work visa or job.

Moreover Senegal is a french speaking country, the other person on phone speaks english with an arabic accent, So i decided it was fraud, However i did not bother to communicate further.     Please guide me I have recieved one mail from Dakar Sengel there is one girl is saying that after her father’s death her mother has taken all her property ,She ran away and stayng there in a refugee camp and luckily She has one file in which she came to know that her late father had left 7.5 million us$ for her as she is only the last kin, she wants to transfer that amount in my account here in India and wants me to send money for the bank papers/Lawyer expenditure i.e. 2170 Euro. She will give me 15% of the total money and this money also which she wants to get from my side to make her free from the refugee camp.

One girl by the name of Joy Andrew has also said to me that she is in the dakar refugee camp and both parents has died and so she has some money which the dads has left for her in foreign account. After brousing through internet i think is fraud because there are so much such cases.

I myself recieved a lot of these scam mails specially those asking to transfer money because death. we need to be beware.whenever they tell u to send moeny one need to beware. recently there was a report on television about these scams.

  124. hi… we just have the same sentiments here.. i also got an email from Mr. David kaumda telling me about his status as a refugee, and also the death of his father-a former prime minister… thank God i was able to outsmart that guy because i asked money from him.. hehehehehe,,,… i don’t have any account number so i just asked him to send me money for me to open a new account.. and fortunately, i got no emil from him anymore… thanks for the info guys…
